• New Curved Reverse Box
Rib Panel Offers 36” Coverage,
Outstanding Appearance •
Curveline now has the capability to curve 1-1/2” deep Reversed Box Rib® panels for roofing and wall applications. Manufactured by AEP Span, the reversed box rib profile is a through-fastener metal panel with 36” net coverage, meaning fewer panels to handle and install. Curved to the desired radii and angles, the panels have dramatic contours and shadow lines that deliver enhanced aesthetics in commercial, industrial and architectural roof and wall applications.
Using its proprietary crimp-curving process, Curveline can curve AEP Span’s reversed box rib panels into virtually any radius or angle of curvature and into single or multiple-radius curves, including S-curves, and ship them to the job site for final installation. Panels in 26 to 18 gauge steel can be curved down to a 24”-inch minimum outside radius, depending on panel gauge; maximum panel length for curving is 26 ft.
In addition to the aesthetic benefits, the Curveline process adds further strength and rigidity to the panels, creating highly rigid components with superior load and span capacities. This can result in reduced framing requirements, for construction material and labor savings.
AEP SPAN reversed box rib panels feature zinc-aluminum alloy-coated steel for maximum corrosion resistance, and a choice of colors and finishes including energy-saving cool roof coatings. For further information, visit
